**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnership development efforts in North America. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth through partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-15 strategic partner accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Map out partner organizations, identifying key contacts and developing strategies to build relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Participate in tradeshows, events, and engagements with strategic partners to build awareness and drive interest in DynamicWeb solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives that cultivate relationships with partners and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with implementation partners to ensure successful onboarding and activation of new customers.
  • Develop and execute plans to gain opportunities from strategic partners and work with the sales team to move them through the sales process.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
  • Proven success building relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth through partnerships.
  • History of exceeding results in developing qualified opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record of successfully working from home and regular travel up to 40%.
