Du skal med dine evner og baggrund være med til fortsat at definere, hvordan vi arbejder med internationale og nationale opsætninger i den daglige operation i virksomheden.
Stillingen kombinerer opgaver relateret til service for de enkelte kunder og den daglige operation. De kunderelaterede opgaver indebærer relationsskabelse, opfølgninger på samarbejde, hjælp til udvikling af nye løsninger og mange andre tiltag for at sikre, at vores kunder er 110% tilfredse med vores løsning. Det skal gerne tilfalde dig naturligt at have daglig kundekontakt - og ikke være bange for at være opsøgende. Det er også et plus, hvis man har en struktureret tilgang til netop dette. Derudover vil du indgå i driften, hvor du bl.a. vil være ansvarlig for at tilsikre bestillinger af og opfølgning på linehauls/linjebiler hos diverse transportører og leverandører, så vores netværk kontinuerligt fungerer optimalt. Vi samarbejder med mange forskellige kunder, transportører og pakkeleverandører over hele Europa.
Vi arbejder med telefon og mails, så du skal kunne arbejde med flere kunder, leverandører og sager samtidig, ligesom du ubesværet skal kunne kommunikere skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk.
Vi forventer, du:
- elsker at tænke i løsninger og muligheder - også udenfor boksen - og ikke mindst at flytte grænser og træffe beslutninger
- er proaktiv, fleksibel, og god til at tage initiativ
- er positiv i din kommunikation og adfærd og taler godt med beslutningstagere og brugere
- føler dig tryg ved at have dialog med forskellige kunder på tværs af virksomhedens teams, samt besidder gode kommunikative evner til at hjælpe kunderne over både telefon og mail
- er ansvarlig, troværdig, og etisk
- som minimum taler og skriver dansk og engelsk
- har et teknisk snilde og kan uhæmmet bevæge dig rundt i Microsoft Office
Det vil være et plus, hvis du har erfaring indenfor transport eller logistik (herunder nyuddannede).

Arbejdstiden er 37 timer om ugen generelt fordelt på hverdage i tidsrummet 08.00 – 17.00.
