Strategic Customer Success Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telco Engagement Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The successful candidate will lead AWS project teams, partner and client teams in delivering and operating AWS cloud products and services to enable our Telco customers to realize their business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the overall lifecycle of large and/or complex Telco projects and engage stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- PMP or any other relevant project management certification(s).
- 10+ years Telco industry experience, familiar with Telco network and its operation.
- 7+ years of Project Management lead experience.
