Dine arbejdsopgaver:
- Som supporter i Caseware vil du få en varieret og udfordrende hverdag, hvor du sammen med dit team sikrer, at vores kunder får den bedste oplevelse med vores produkter. Dine primære opgaver vil være:
- At assistere vores kunder med brugen af vores regnskabs- og revisionsmoduler.
- At håndtere opsætning og support af både cloud- og hybrid-løsninger.
- At hjælpe vores kunder med at få mest muligt ud af vores produktportefølje ved implementering af cloud-løsninger.
- At teste kundernes udfordringer i vores eksisterende løsning samt fejlfinding i produkterne som rapporteres og følges op i samarbejde med vores udviklingsteam.
- At vedligeholde vejledninger og FAQ i vores servicesystem.
- Opgaverne håndteres via telefon, mail og fjernstyring af kundens pc, og du vil både arbejde med 1. og 2. level support i tæt samarbejde med dine kollegaer. Det betyder, at ingen dag vil være helt ens – der vil altid være nye udfordringer
- Har en økonomisk uddannelse med viden om regnskab.
- Behersker dansk og engelsk både mundtligt og skriftligt.
- Er struktureret og arbejder målrettet med løsningen af opgaver.
- Er en teamplayer og sætter kunden i centrum.
- Er kvalitetsbevidst, løsningsorienteret og har teknisk snilde på et niveau, hvor du kan assistere brugerne med opsætning og installation af programmer.
- Er nysgerrig og klar til at lære nyt, samt proaktivt søger at udvide din viden.
- Har et stort engagement og masser af gå-på-mod.
- Ønsker at gøre brugeroplevelsen endnu bedre og sætter god service højt.
- Er både selvstændig og en aktiv samarbejdspartner i teamet.
- Er klar på at tage ansvar for at løse både store og små udfordringer.
