I denne rolle, der sætter fokus på onboarding og outbound support, er din mission at sikre, at hver eneste ny kunde får en effektiv og værdiskabende rejse i Minuba – fra interesseret til aktiv bruger. Vi leder efter dig, der kan guide, træne og støtte vores kunder gennem hele onboardingprocessen, fra den første introduktion til at kunne bruge hele Minuba inklusive vores samarbejdspartnere.

Minuba er en international SaaS-virksomhed, der har udviklet Europas førende web- og appløsning til ordrestyring og fakturering for håndværks- og servicevirksomheder. Med mere end 50 Minubians (ansatte), kontorer i 4 lande og kunder i 10 lande, er vi ambitiøse, og vores vision er at gøre det muligt for håndværksvirksomheder at drive deres forretning professionelt hver dag i dag, i morgen og om 10 år.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil være
  • Lead håndtering samt ansvar for salg til virksomheder under ti medarbejdere.
  • Gennemføre personlige onboardingsessioner med nye kunde for at sikre forståelse, tilpasning og effektiv brug af Minuba.
  • Levere produkttræning, der inkluderer funktioner, værktøjer og integrationer.
  • Udarbejde træningsmaterialer, vejledninger og andre ressourcer til vores kunder.
  • Forstå kundens forretning og arbejdsflow og hjælp med at integrere Minuba effektivt i deres daglige drift.
  • Tilbyd rådgivning, der kan hjælpe vores kunder til at drive en end mere professionel forretning.
  • Identificere muligheder for kursusslag og promovering af partnerskaber baseret på kundens behov og brug af Minuba.
  • Løbende markedsføringsevents – blandt at deltage på messer og events.
