Embarking on our second decade of audience measurement, we are now looking for a motivated Market Insights Manager to join our Market Insights team.

What you will do

We are looking for a Market Insights Manager with strong presentation skills and the ability to turn insights into reports with tailored business recommendations.

You will have overall responsibility in all project phases – from planning the projects to managing alignments, analysing the data and results, creating the report, providing business-relevant recommendations, and presenting the results to clients.

The job of a Market Insights Manager involves extensive global internal and external stakeholder management, and experience with project management is an advantage.

AudienceProject is on an expansion curve, moving into new markets, adding new integrations, forming new partnership collaborations, and continuously creating more reports, recommendations, and presentations for our clients. Therefore, our new Market Insights Manager must be organised, structured, and able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

The tasks include:

  • Designing and planning of marketing campaign evaluation.
  • Executing and analysing cross-media data results, including reach & frequency.
  • Creating insights and reports with specific business recommendations.
  • Presenting results to the end client on-site or remotely.
  • Being responsible for all phases of the project from beginning to end.
  • Global internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Managing timelines, expectations and data deliveries.
  • Close collaboration with your colleagues in Market Insights, Data Science, Customer Success and Partnerships when planning, maintaining and executing deliverables.
Who you are

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a media agency working with campaign data and insights. You understand the world of media and thrive in a global environment at high speed.

You can also be a newly graduated student with an interest in media or a passion for creating and delivering innovative and impactful solutions and recommendations.

You are likely to have a structured and organized way of working. You have a can-do and get-it-done approach and feel confident in an international environment, communicating in English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

  • Preferable 2+ years of experience working with media data.
  • Experience with advertising, media consumption patterns or brand measurement is an advantage.
  • A master’s degree from a business school or other social science discipline, including courses in quantitative research methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills (designing and managing a structured workflow for multiple campaigns and reports running in parallel).
  • Ability to bring insights to life through storytelling.
  • Familiar with quantitative analysis methodologies and basic knowledge of statistics.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Experience working with questionnaire scripting, panel management or sampling is an advantage.
  • Statistical training or experience with SPSS, R, Python or other statistical software packages/tools is an advantage.
