As a Principal Commercial Engine in Region Europe, you will join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping our future. You will be responsible for proposing and driving commercial improvement initiatives targeting end-users directly with services in Region Europe.
- You will collaborate with regional business leaders to get a deep understanding of individual markets and identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- You will be responsible for driving insights based on customer and campaign data to enable local teams to focus solely on outreach to end-users.
- You will identify and feedback local needs to HQ functions, including core workflows, systems, and process to support implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe, the EU Leadership Team, and key stakeholders in the global 3Shape Leadership Team.
- Direct involvement in the build-up and roll-out of one of the single largest commercial investments in our history.
- Be the driver in building a new organizational setup focusing on providing direct end-user services, and manage the roll out in Region EU.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, or in a commercial/regional setting in a multinational company.
- Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, combined with solid business acumen.
