Relationship Building Manager

Cultivate meaningful relationships and drive business growth as a Relationship Building Manager at Coach Solutions.
You will be responsible for managing our customer base while learning, implementing, and experimenting within the rapidly developing shipping market.
Your day-to-day work will involve being the key contact of our customer accounts, using data to provide consultation on vessel performance and ongoing customer care relationship building.
We are looking for a colleague who has preferred competency in naval architecture, machinery systems, sailing, technical operations, and maritime trade. They should have knowledge within vessel performance calculations and metrics, a service-minded approach to relationships, and an ability to communicate technical matters to different audiences.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in and outside of the company, fostering an excellent relationship with our customers.
