We are seeking a skilled Danish Business Development Consultant to drive sales opportunities and support customer growth through our innovative Sales-as-a-Service concept.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn to create business opportunities for clients.
  • Manage personalized sales pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and meetings.
  • Identify best practices to enhance internal processes and contribute to building a collaborative work environment.
Main Objectives:
  • Sales: Achieve 300+ outreach activities per week, resulting in at least 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities monthly, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
  • Data: Log customer interactions accurately in Hubspot and develop a system for tracking insights, providing actionable recommendations for customer improvement.
  • Customer Communication: Develop proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients, addressing concerns, and updating on outreach efforts.
  • Mindset: Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, resolving significant customer challenges to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and upholding the company's values and goals.

What We Offer:
