Danish Business Development Growth Manager

We empower B2B brands to accelerate their sales growth in the Nordics by combining software and outsourcing activities. Our solutions support the growth cycle and objectives of our customers, making it profitable to scale customer acquisition.
Sales Performance Expectations- Conduct a minimum of 300 outreach activities per week in fluent Danish towards relevant decision makers, leading to the generation of at least 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities per month.
In addition, we expect you to track the conversion rate and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer insights.
Customer Communication and Success- Develop and demonstrate proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts.
- Aim to achieve a high level of satisfaction from customers and develop a commercial mindset that supports both VAEKST and customer objectives.
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset by identifying and resolving significant customer challenges, leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating a commitment to the company's values and goals.
- Previous experience working in sales or business development for large corporate companies is desirable.
- You should be able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
