Som afdelingsdirektør vil du være ansvarlig for et team af seks fuldtidsmedarbejdere og seks studentermedhjælpere, der spiller en vigtig rolle i udviklingen og driften af Private Wealth Management (PWM) i Nykredit. Du skal være god til at skabe rammer og muligheder for, at den enkelte kan udvikle sig både fagligt og personligt.
I rollen som leder af PWM Business and Sales Support (BSS) har du en bred kontaktflade i Nykredit-koncernen, ligesom dine medarbejdere samarbejder tæt med vores kundevendte medarbejdere og ledere samt koncernens mange stabsfunktioner. For at lykkes i denne rolle skal du have erfaring med og viden indenfor bank, udvikling og drift, samt være i stand til at skabe sammenhængskraft og udvikle dine medarbejdere til at gøre netop dét, de er bedst til.
Opgaverne i rollen er mangeartede og omfatter både strategiske, taktiske og operationelle bidrag inden for en række områder. Nogle eksempler på opgaver, du vil få ansvaret for, inkluderer:
- Kvalitetsmål: Sikre et højt kvalitetsniveau gennem understøttelse, videndeling og procesoptimering.
- Koncerntværgående projekter: Deltag i en række koncerntværgående projekter, udvalg og fora.
- Kapitalforbrug: Arbejde med kredit og kreditbevillinger i PWM, herunder optimering af kapitalforbrug.
- Budget og rapportering: I samarbejde med Group Finance udarbejde budgetter og løbende performancerapportering.
- Servicemodellen: Udviklingen af servicemodellen og værditilbuddet.
I denne rolle vil du også være med til at udvikle, koordinere og afholde eksklusive arrangementer, events, seminarer mv. for PWM's kunder.
