We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Account Executive/Country Launcher, you will play a pivotal role in launching our Danish Branch and driving the success of BrightAnalytics' international expansion plan.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a successful track record in sales or business development. You will be responsible for developing the new market, creating a customer base, building and scaling a winning team, and contributing to the implementation of our regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a customer base through combined business-marketing development actions and generate leads to fuel our sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and achieve and surpass your regional budget by guiding potential clients through our sales cycle and closing deals
  • Hire, train, lead, and retain a top-performing team and act as a coach to ensure that our global processes and best practices are being adopted in an efficient way
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business/sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to make the switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challenge
  • Fluency in Danish and English is a must, and being familiar with the local culture is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to inspire people, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
