Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost Klar's customer engagement and market share across all our markets, aiming for market leadership in Scandinavia.
  • Lead and expand our small but growing marketing team, fostering their development and maximizing team potential.
  • Directly contribute to the development and implementation of all market-facing communications, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality creative assets, including graphics, videos, and other marketing collateral, leveraging both in-house and external resources.
  • Manage and optimize Klar's email marketing campaigns and customer communication flows.
  • Work closely with Paid Performance, Organic Performance, and Tech departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze competitor activities and consumer needs to inform marketing strategies and communication plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Oversee market research initiatives to gain insights into customer preferences and market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market activities for Klar's new consumer upsell products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support Klar's expansion into professional services.
  • Set KPIs and report on marketing performance and communication effectiveness metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and communication plans that have led to a company achieving market leadership in related D2C segments, particularly in Scandinavia.
  • Experience in launching and executing go-to-market strategies for new consumer services.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, as well as effective market communication tactics.
  • Hands-on experience in executing various marketing activities, from content creation to campaign communication.
  • Expertise in managing email marketing campaigns and customer communication flows.
  • Experience in leading the visual communication of high-quality creative assets, either in-house or with external resources.
  • Experience in managing and growing small but high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure communication effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, Email marketing, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and communication plans for multiple markets, particularly in Europe.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
  • Experience in the home improvement, construction, or related B2C industries is a plus.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and customer needs.
