Key Responsibilities:- Manage tasks and plan workloads to optimize team performance

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members
You'll also be responsible for training new team members and preparing performance reports to analyze data and improve service.
