Join Berlingske Media A/S as a Platform Success Manager for Trusted Web and take on a key role in starting up Denmark's biggest ad manager platform. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with media planners and programmatic advertisers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain daily contact with clients, structuring QBRs and annual business plans.
- Provide buyers with information about programmatic purchasing on the network.
- Translate programmatic briefings into targeted campaign strategies.
- Process requests in our CRM system and ensure smooth live deployment of campaigns.
- Assist clients in using the Trusted Web self-service platform.
- Send interim and final reports of campaigns to clients.
- Ensure contracting and renewals are in place.
- Knowledge of Danish digital advertising and the media landscape.
- Experience with commercial processes and proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Excellent command of English and Danish, with clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Service-oriented, pragmatic, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking.
- A 37-hour per week contract.
