We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive the establishment, management, and growth of our presence within existing and new service provider partners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills to balance short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work in close collaboration with sales managers and leaders at each of our service providers to increase our revenue, customer base, and market share within their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners
  • Grow incremental Annual Recurring Revenue/sales through effective sales initiatives
  • Train, onboard, and enable new/prospective service providers
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity to the Acronis sales management team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with assigned SP partners
  • Cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and other teams as necessary
  • Sell Acronis Cyber Protection services to service providers' existing customer bases
Requirements
  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience with large account expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and managing service provider partners, specifically in backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies
  • Solid strategic business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills
  • Technical aptitude for delivering sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications including Sales Force
  • Frequent regional travel (up to 50% of the time)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
