About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our client solutions team and drive business growth through effective client engagement and loyalty program strategy.


What You'll Do


As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive loyalty program growth and retention. You will work closely with our client-facing teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive loyalty program growth and retention
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement client solutions and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze client program performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty program needs are met

Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in loyalty program management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data and analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
