About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Account Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the retention of our Medium and Strategic accounts for the Danish markets.

Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with our clients, understand their business objectives, and ensure that Trustpilot delivers against them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success and minimize churn.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute customized success plans to meet client needs and goals.
  2. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers.
  3. Provide expert guidance on how to maximize the value of Trustpilot's products and services.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large portfolios of client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Fluent in Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
