Regional Sales Director for Nordics and Netherlands

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Nordics and Netherlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional business plans.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Nordics and Netherlands markets.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
