We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics and Netherlands region. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the Nordics and Netherlands region.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
