Advalight Aps seeks an experienced Sales Director for Latin America to lead our expansion efforts in the region.



Job Overview

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Latin America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and address market needs.
  • Establish Advalight Aps as a key player in the Latin American markets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors.
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure effective representation of Advalight Aps and optimize sales performance.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Participating in conferences, tradeshows, and workshops.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated MedTech products.
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and sales channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Latin America as needed.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
