As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Contribe, you'll be the friendly guide helping our customers unlock the full potential of our impact-driven solutions. Your role is all about ensuring that our users can effortlessly implement and benefit from our platform. From the first click to the final customization, you'll lead customers through the onboarding journey, blending technical expertise with design insights to help them create a beautiful and impactful online store.
This role is tailor-made for someone who combines technical know-how in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong design sense, ensuring our customers achieve outcomes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Onboarding: Lead customers through a seamless onboarding experience, helping them integrate our impact solutions into their Shopify stores with ease and efficiency.
- Technical Assistance: Be the go-to expert for app integration and customization, leveraging your skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support our customers.
- Design Consultation: Provide guidance on aligning our app with customers' brand aesthetics, ensuring their stores not only function well but also look amazing.
- Problem Solving: Address any technical challenges that arise during onboarding, working closely with our development team to find swift and effective solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials, including tutorials and guides, to empower our customers to succeed independently.
- Feedback Loop: Listen to customer feedback and relay it to our product team, helping us continuously improve our app and processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for ensuring customer success.

**Experience:** Previous experience with Shopify or experience in customer support, onboarding, or a similar role is preferred.
