The Role
This OEM Sales Specialist will be responsible for profitably increasing sales and market share. This will be accomplished by understanding our OEM value stream and utilizing the Victaulic Sales Team Strategy and Goals & Objectives process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a yearly business plan to achieve market, product, and profitability targets.
- Establish project and account priorities through a thorough review of major owners in each segment.
- Coordinate with line sales and regional management to maximize business results in a collaborative team effort.
- Target a designated number of accounts and measure progress through the specification development program.
- Complete account development involves designing and implementing a strategy to sell the complete line of Victaulic products.
- Strategic planning for all OEM sales in a territory will be in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, pricing, and new products.
About You
- University degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Previous mechanical piping or related sales experience required (minimum 5 years).
- Familiarity with the piping business or ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
- You have commercial feeling and ambition and a customer-oriented approach.
- Result-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing challenges.
- Willing to travel as required (up to 75%).
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish language.
