Sales Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Systems Development Manager to join our sales team at Emerson Process Management A/S. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to handle ongoing activities performed by the designated sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in developing successful relationships internally and cross-functionally within a matrix organization. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and industry proficiency are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and deploying applicable and relevant strategies;
- Directly responsible for developing the business for SYSS within the country;
- Collaborating with other Country Sales Managers and functional sales managers;
- Sales activity planning;
- Orders forecasting;
- Developing quantitative and qualitative business and performance targets;
