Expert Relationship Manager

This individualized attention supports our clients' unique objectives and helps build, preserve, and manage their wealth over time.
As a Financial Solutions Specialist in Global Private Bank, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The program begins with an immersive training experience, where you will learn more about the firm's business model and operations, build technical and professional skills, and network globally. You'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued development, engagement, and opportunities to participate in program initiatives. You'll have everything you need to succeed – from mentorship and projects that engage all your skills.
This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll contribute to building client relationships and developing customized wealth management solutions. Throughout the program, you'll learn about our business and clients while expanding your expertise. Working here means joining a supportive team where we value diverse perspectives and want you to help us innovate products and solutions for our clients.

Requirements
- A degree completion expected between June 2024 to September 2025.
- A highly driven individual who thrives in teams to develop complex solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- A desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Highly inquisitive, focused, and considerate.
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
- Fluency in Danish may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $80,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Our benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
