About the Role

We are seeking an Electrification Sales Expert to join our Consumer Division based in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our commercial strategy by securing and developing existing local and pan-Nordic key accounts, as well as further building up new customers and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with regional key accounts by being the main point of contact, developing a deep understanding of their business, goals, and challenges to effectively anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Executing the sales plan in line with the regional strategy, including the choice of channels and pricing strategy.
  • Developing comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for account growth, relationship building, and sales targets, continuous evaluation and plans adjustment to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the key accounts.
  • Negotiating contracts with key accounts, collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are structured appropriately and meet both the client's and the company's objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant key account management experience gained within automotive aftermarket market and/or consumer retail industry, including sales management, direct customer responsibility, contract negotiations, international markets strategy development.
  • Experience in market analysis and evaluations to identify business opportunities.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish, knowledge of other CEE languages is an advantage.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 120,000 - 180,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
