Discover a challenging career opportunity as an Enterprise Software Director in the Nordics region, leading a team of experienced sales professionals. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can guide and inspire teams to achieve high targets.

The successful candidate will lead a regional team responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in the Nordics. As a director, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Nordics & Central Named Accounts and lead a team of experienced Named Account Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities include achieving assigned financial targets by expanding and developing existing named accounts through a direct sales model. Additionally, you will engage and inspire team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.

You will be expected to manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis. Leading by example and engaging with customer executives to support account teams in implementing account strategy is also crucial.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models. They should also have experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can improve Sales of the entire Autodesk solution to end customers, including Software, Subscription, Consulting, and Support. A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is required, and ideally, you will be based in the Nordics.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and more.

  • Lead a regional team of Named Account Sales Executives (NASEs) guiding growth on biggest accounts in the Nordics together with their related Account Teams
  • Achieve assigned financial targets by guiding team to expand and develop existing named accounts through a direct sales model

  • Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis
