Nordic Renewable Energy Sales Director

Green Dealflow is a pioneering company in the renewable energy sector, committed to driving growth and innovation in the Nordic region. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our business in the Nordics. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and builds strong relationships with key clients in the solar, wind, and battery storage sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the renewable energy market. They will be able to operate autonomously, devise innovative strategies, and work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Nordics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
- Manage and optimize the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to support business planning and decision-making
We offer a competitive salary of DKK 1,200,000 - DKK 1,800,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including travel opportunities and professional development programs.
