About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives in the Nordics region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our presence in the region.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Your Professional Toolbox
  • A minimum of 5 years of documented experience in software sales, with a strong track record of acquiring new customers in the Nordic market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to independently manage and drive sales initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS sales cycle and the technology or Cyber (preferred) industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
