Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with key partners, including foundations, Red Cross family organizations, and private sector donors, to secure funding and resources for global and regional initiatives.
  • Resource Mobilization: Collaborate with internal teams to develop business plans, pitch investment opportunities, and secure funding for strategic projects and programs.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable business growth, leveraging partnerships and mobilizing resources.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, fundraising, and program management, to ensure alignment and effective resource mobilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's or MBA in Business, International Affairs, International Development, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, resource mobilization, partnership development, preferably in the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
