Head of Licensing and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensing and Partnerships Director to join our gaming team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our licensing and partnership strategy. This includes building relationships with key industry partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating agreements that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute licensing and partnership strategies that drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including studios, publishers, and platforms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new games and experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on licensing and partnerships
- Strong understanding of the gaming market, including trends, players, and revenue streams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
