About the Role:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with HR teams, enterprise clients, and corporate mobility partners.
  • Drive sales efforts, close deals, and manage key client relationships.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the HRTech or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong network in HR, enterprise, or corporate mobility sectors.
  • Experience in fundraising and pitching to investors is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take ownership, build from scratch, and drive results.
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable in both strategic and execution roles in an early-stage startup.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
