Salary

The salary for the position will be according to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State (AC). The annual salary is approximately 450,000 DKK, which corresponds to 61,200 EUR before taxes.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD fellow to work on a research project focused on formal verification. As a PhD fellow, you will be part of a vibrant research environment at the Faculty of SCIENCE, University of Copenhagen.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying through an independent research project under supervision
  • Completing PhD courses corresponding to approx. 30 ECTS / 1⁄2 FTE
  • Participating in active research environments, including a stay at another research institution, preferably abroad
  • Teaching and knowledge dissemination activities
  • Writing scientific papers aimed at high-impact journals
  • Writing and defending a PhD thesis on the basis of your project
