We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Developer to join our team at SAP SE.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide comprehensive deal support to our customers and internal stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on commercial processes such as deal review & structuring, contracting, and negotiation support.

In this position, you will work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities, including analysis of historical situations with customers and business practices, prediction of potential pitfalls and issues for every particular business case, timely communication and follow-up with the sales organization about any new facts or potential topics that may affect the deal and/or contract with the customer.

You will also advise Account Executives regarding standard Contracting, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition topics, prepare Contract Order Forms based on SAP's standard template, and drive the decision-making process taking into account customer requirements, field organization business targets and needs, internal rules and restrictions, financial risks, and compliance matters.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proficient understanding of Deal Support and risk management during the opportunity lifecycle, as well as excellent negotiating skills and experience working with Shared Service Centre and Center of Expertise organizations.
