About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive leader with a strategic commercial mindset, great interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach. As the Head of Commercial Concepts & Tenders, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants who focus on identifying and implementing commercial opportunities to drive fee income growth and achieve our Forward 28 strategy objectives.

The team has delivery responsibility within four key areas:

  1. Digital Sale and Engagement: Manage projects and activities aimed at engaging with customers in a scalable and relevant way through digital customer engagement channels, data leads, and digital sales.
  2. Content Creation: Enable efficient and professional sales processes by conceptualising, creating, and maintaining all TxB-related content for relational and digital advisory and sales.
  3. Tender Management: Ensure high-quality and timely responses to Corporate and Institutional customers' RfPs.
  4. Development Roadmap and Go-to-Market Initiatives: Provide transparency on commercial development priorities and plans between Tribes and Business, and drive Go-to-Market strategies and implementation activities for new product and solution launches.
