In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for customer success across the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving high operational efficiency, and maintaining delivery standards.

  • You will work closely with the Regional Customer Success lead to design the practice area organization, balancing methodological, language, and technical needs.
  • You will assist the Regional Customer Success lead in managing the practice area's Profit and Loss statement, including Working Capital and Travel and Entertainment budgets.
  • You will help develop and implement strategies for market and product lines.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/Market Research leadership roles. Expertise in Brand & Media Solutions is preferred, as well as experience in leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proven sales acumen, and a strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes. They will also be able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, maintain positive client relationships, and resolve client issues effectively.
