Dutch Speaking Business Development and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch Speaking Business Development and Growth Specialist to join our team at Hello Retail ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark.
About the Company
Hello Retail ApS is a fast-growing company specializing in Personalization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. We have a strong presence in the Nordic countries and are expanding into the Benelux market.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, advising potential prospects, booking appointments for our Account Executive team, and working closely with our BDR Manager and Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and access relevant e-commerce prospects in Benelux through various channels, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Provide commercial advice to potential prospects and educate them on how our solutions can improve their eCommerce results.
- Book appointments for our Account Executive team to present and demonstrate our products.
- Collaborate with our BDR Manager and Head of Sales to ensure alignment and high-quality prospects.
- Participate in regular sparring and idea-sharing sessions with the BDR team to maintain the highest level of prospect quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proven track record of surpassing goals and expectations.
- Experience in B2B sales and/or telemarketing or cold calling, preferably from a scale-up within eCommerce.
- Discipline in duties and understanding of the importance of CRM.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Own drive, self-motivation, and creativity.
- Eye on the ball – ability to work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve goals.

Location
This role is based in our office in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark, and requires you to live in Copenhagen or Sweden and commute to our office daily.
