Job Title: Account Manager

Factbird is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with key strategic customers in the Scandinavian region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Solution Demonstrations and Sales Presentations
  • Closing Deals and Contract Management
  • Customer Relationship Management and Retention
  • Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion
  • Collaboration and Reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to apply consultative and team-selling sales strategies
  • Highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once
  • Experience with tracking all sales activity and reports in customer relationship management software
  • Experience with sales methodologies
  • Proficient in Swedish
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the prospect of building your own territory business
