About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
