About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer value and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to customers on SAP solutions and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
