About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer value and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to customers on SAP solutions and services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
