About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Partner, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and develop strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and growth.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices.
