Senior Sales Development Manager for Savory Segment

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Savory Segment across Denmark and the Nordic markets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales activities, developing and expanding relationships with existing and new customers. You will set plans and targets for long-term growth for the assigned segment and own customers, working closely with colleagues in sales, product management, product development, and external partners.
You will ensure the development and sales of our entire Caldic product portfolio, and be responsible for pricing, contracts, and profitability for your own customer pool.
This is a critical role in growing and developing sales in Denmark, as well as supporting your colleagues in the Nordic markets working in the Savory Segment.
In order to succeed in this role, you must be independent, have a passion for food and business, and be able to discuss the product development process with customers in a consultative approach.
You should have relevant commercial and/or technical experience in sales, purchasing, or product development within the food industry, combined with great communication and networking skills, and a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
The ability to understand our customer's processes and needs is vital in order to add value to their business development. Traveling is part of the job to meet clients in Denmark and colleagues in the Nordics.
Fluency in Danish and English is required to be successful in the role.

Requirements
We require a bachelor's degree preferably related to food science, chef, and/or chemistry. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
Around €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
