Program Manager - Customer Loyalty

This opportunity will provide the selected candidate with diverse and rewarding work, opportunities for continued growth, and exposure to all levels of management and clients. The selected candidate will join a new group of nimble and seasoned professionals tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and tactics used to seize new business opportunities and grow existing business channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the evolving framework of B2B customer loyalty programs, building out integrated solutions, and managing integrations with internal systems, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Evaluating program performance, ensuring services, processes, and resources operate as designed and within planned objectives.
  • Cross-functional coordination to curate partners and develop value-driven services based on market and industry trend analysis.
  • Selling projects to key stakeholders and users.
  • Developing, creating, and maintaining support tools and documents, such as program value calculators, sales support tools, marketing materials, etc.
  • Oversight of staff training plans and enablement tools.
  • Leading dedicated team resources and cross-functionally collaborating with various departments.
  • Delivering commercial results through clearly published KPIs, client engagement, and organizational accountability.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Co-leading large-scale annual member events by driving vision and execution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 7+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop, build, and lead programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to align team members behind unified goals and coach direct reports.
  • Enhanced verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
  • This role involves up to 20% domestic and international travel.
  • The position is located at the Bloomington MN office with a hybrid work model.
