We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business development strategies to expand Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and innovation.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, including whitespace and competitive displacement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Spearhead regional teams in executing sales strategies and achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven business development experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred:
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop effective Go-to-Market programs.
