We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region. Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing our club portfolio in Denmark, working closely with the existing team of 12 Team Sales reps in the Nordics.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow market share and contribute to our ambitious game plan.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers and contracted clubs, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and developing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on wholesale or team sales.
  • A strong business acummet and mindset, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and set clear goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, managing relationships at all levels.
