Job Title: Specification Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our team at People Executive ApS. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to increase project sales in Scandinavia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key influencers, including architects and interior designers, to promote Kronospan products in their project specifications
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage the specification process and help convert specifications into sales
- Conduct product presentations, such as to educate and inspire potential clients about the benefits and features of Kronospan products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with industry professionals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project sales and business development
- Strong commercial sales profile with good technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills and master Danish or Swedish and English at negotiation level
- Strong drive and analytical skills, with a strong presentation technique
- Ability to ask questions and uncover all possible aspects of needs and sales opportunities
