About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 360T. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales targets and initial contacts from new and existing clients in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities from new and existing clients and generate new leads to expand our footprint.
  • Manage clients in the Nordic region, retain and increase existing business, and achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Organize and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionals and propose necessary events in coordination with marketing and the Head of Northern Europe.
  • Liaise with local multipliers like OMS/TMS/PMS vendors and consultants, and initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global market sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry. You should have a proven track record in selling technology to the financial community and be able to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business.
