About the Job

We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Formalize. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities in the German market, primarily through outbound efforts.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our Account Executives to identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners, with the goal of organizing client meetings and driving revenue growth.

We are looking for a self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them. If you are a motivated and action-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities in the German market through outbound efforts
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners
  • Organize client meetings and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
  • Able to work 37 hours/week at the Aarhus office
  • Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
