At NOISY MAY, we're on an exciting journey to ensure future growth and success for our brand. As our new Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall sales, growth, and performance of NOISY MAY in specific markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate sales strategies to drive growth and performance in local markets
  • Collaborate with local teams and product responsible to develop products tailored to specific market needs
  • Optimize product offerings, including pricing, quality, and category mix, to meet local market requirements
  • Monitor sales, inventory figures, and product performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a steady flow of new customers
  • Budgetary responsibility and management of sales and campaign promotional activities

Requirements

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on creating strong relationships with customers and employees
  • Experience in managing sales teams within the fashion industry and building customer relationships across cultures
  • Ability to identify local product needs and translate sales strategies into actionable results
  • Fluency in English and Danish, written and spoken
