**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our Nordics team. As an expert in sales and account management, you will be responsible for creating and executing outbound strategies with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales Development Representatives to achieve targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on employee communication and engagement strategies
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase, promoting our values and vision
- Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Manage complex sales cycles and leverage necessary resources to achieve success
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to advance our company's goals
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales producing and exceeding targets, preferably within web technology, collaboration, or innovative online product environments
- Experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand your prospects
- Superior communication and closing skills
- Business fluent English skills (C1+), Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills a plus
